The main villa has seven spacious ocean-view bedrooms. It includes a self-contained two-bedroom Ocean Villa with an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, and a balcony above the sea. Baan Paa Talee can host weddings for up to 80 guests, while the Ocean Villa is perfect for honeymoons. Amenities include a dining room, lounges, media room, bar, barbecue, games area, gym, and beach house with watersports equipment.

A team, including a guest relations manager, chef, housekeepers, service staff, and a villa manager, ensures guests’ needs are met. Centrally located, Baan Paa Talee is a 15-minute drive from Kamala and Patong beaches, 20 minutes from Surin, and less than an hour from the airport.
