Itinerary

• 10:00–11:00 – Hotel pickup (shared minivan, Phuket)
• 11:00 – Boarding at Chalong Pier (welcome drink & towel)
• 11:30 – Depart to Banana Beach, buffet lunch onboard
• 12:30 – Banana Beach: swimming & beach time
• 13:30–15:00 – Sail to Racha Yai Island: snorkeling, paddle boarding, sea scooters
• Optional Longtail Boat exploration (weather permitting)
• 16:30 – Sunset cruise with live DJ & cocktails
• 18:30 – Return to Chalong Pier

• Longtail boat service subject to weather & captain’s decision

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• If canceled by HYPE (e.g. bad weather) – reschedule or full refund
• Client cancellation:
  • Less than 72 hours before departure – 50% refund
  • Less than 24 hours or no-show – no refund

Insurance & Liability

• Accident insurance included
• Valid passport or ID required
• Swimming is at your own risk; life jackets must be used

Health & Age Restrictions

• Minimum age: 6 years
• Not recommended for seniors over 70
• Pregnant women not allowed
• Guests with medical conditions should consult a doctor

Alcohol & Conduct

• No alcohol sales to guests under 20
• No drugs or weapons on board
• No jumping from the boat
• Follow all crew instructions
