How to rent a Car
  • Step 1: Customer sends document online: driving license or passport photos.
  • Step 2: Choose a car model/date/time/place of delivery (free delivery in Bangkok) and if you will rent for a minimum of 3 days. Need to make an advance payment of 5,000-10,000 THB
  • Step 3: On the delivery, date customer checks the car, and fuel and makes the remaining payment along with a deposit (deposit for Sports Luxury cars is 50,000 THB; deposit for Supercar is 100,000 THB).
  • Step 4: Customer returns the car and receives the deposit. Money will be deducted if fuel is not full tank (to extend the contract period, please confirm before 20:00 of the day before the contract end, otherwise, the company has the right to make a reservation for other customers).

Rules and Conditions
  • Car rent does not include fuel (they will deliver in full tank, the customer refuel the car when return).
  • No smoking in the car (fine 5,000 THB).
  • Car is prohibited from being used in racing or track driving.
  • No modification of any kind.
  • Spare car during the maintenance (will not be a specified model or a license plate but will be of similar model.
  • All cars have insurance (but the customer will be fine 3,000 THB per piece of damage, for Lamborghini is 10,000 THB)
  • Tire damage results in customer responsibility, the deposit will be deducted according to the tire price.
  • A driver cannot be switched.
  • The renter is prohibited from switching the river. If a company will find out about that, a company has a right to take the car back with no refund including a deposit.

Additional conditions regarding the insurance
  • If you drive after you consumed alcohol, insurance will not cover the damage. A customer is obligated to the whole damage.
  • For flood damage, the customer is obligated to whole damage.
  • Regarding an accident on the road, if the customer is guilty, the customer must pay as mentioned above. If it is not the customer’s fault, no penalty.
  • A company will not replace the car for the client if it is the customer’s fault.

  • No refund, free 1 time reschedule.
  • Reschedule must be done 24 hours prior to the previous reservation.
  • The company has a right to cancel and return an advance payment in case of force majeure.
